THE METHOD
One method. Everything I do runs on it.
Fourteen years of coaching, boiled down to four parts. The only difference between my programmes is how much of me you get.

1:1
COACHING

Twelve weeks. Five places. £3,000 — pay in full for 5% off (£2850), or 3 × £1000.
Everything, built around you. Tailored training, calorie and macro targets with the guidance to hit them, habit management one step at a time, a call every fortnight and daily WhatsApp support. We don't just organise your training — we reorganise how you live.
THE GUARANTEE
Do the work, and it works — or you
don't pay.
Log your food, train the sessions, and if at the end you don't feel the shift, I'll refund you in full. And before any of that: if it's not for you, I'll tell you that too — before you pay.

ABOUT MATT
Fourteen years in.
I'm Matt. 39, a dad, London, and fourteen years into coaching people who want their fitness back for good — in and out of the gym.
I train for one reason: so I've got the energy to keep up with my son now, and I'm still strong enough to do it in twenty years. Numbers on the bar and photos are great, but for me it's about longevity. That reason is what gets me through the days I can't be bothered (and there are plenty of them!).
Coaching, for me, is about helping people create sustainable habits that last them a lifetime. We grow up, get lost in life's demands, and end up putting ourselves last. I went through this period too — and was diagnosed pre-diabetic in November 2024.
Looking back, there were many things I could have done differently for my health when I was a gym owner between 2015 and 2023. Having walked that path, all I want to do now is help people in that situation not make the same mistakes I made.
Fourteen years in, here's what I actually believe. Fitness isn't an hour in the gym. It's how you live outside of it. Plans don't fail. Unwatched people do. So the thing I really do for people isn't the programme. It's being in their corner and holding them accountable.
Off the clock: Sunday is family pizza night, I'm a Liverpool FC fan, and my favourite holiday is either a very hot beach resort or a winter snowboarding trip.
